1. The ONLINE ticket sale opens at 8 a.m. (CET) Wednesday January 11th 2012.
2. Tickets purchased on net are payable with credit cards or TIFF Value Card. Value Cards are on sale at the ticket booth at Aurora Kino Fokus in Tromsø. The Value Cards can only be used for purchasing regular tickets and are not valied for seminars, special screenings or other events as these have special prices and are payable by credit cards or cash.
3. Ordinary sale of tickets begins at the Aurora Fokus Kino in Tromsø at Friday January 13th at 9.00 a.m.
4. Tickets purchased online can be printed at home or you can bring your reference number to the ticket booth at the screening venue. There are ticket dispensers available.

TIFF INFORMATION STAND AT FOKUS KINO
For further information on the festival and the program contact the Information Stand at Fokus Kino. This is where you obrtain your information and where you buy your festival gadgets, Value Cards and Festival Bracelets.
The Information Stand opening hours are:
- Wednesday 11th - Monday 16th 09.00 a.m. - 20.00 p.m.
- Tuesday 17th - Sunday 22th 09-00 a.m. - 22.00 p.m.
FESTIVAL BRACELET
In order to enjoy the films at the festival you need to get a Festival Bracelet. The bracelet is applied around your wrist and you keep it there throughout the duration of the festival. You need to show the bracelet prior to entering any screening- The bracelet is personal and is invalid if removed or damaged. The bracelet can be purchased in all ticket windows and at the Information Stand at Fokus Kino and at these venues only. The festival catalog is included in the price of the bracelet.
As of Tuesday January 17th tickets and Festival Bracelets are on sale form these venues:

- Festival Bracelet including catalog NOK 110, students/pupils/Senior Citizens NOK 80,-
- Individual ticket NOK 85,-
- Value Card including 10 tickets NOK 690,- (NOK 69 per ticket)
- Value Card including 20 tickets NOK 1270,- (NOK 63,50 per ticket)
- Program catalog individual sale NOK 50,-
- 3D-glasses (mandatory for 3D screenings) NOK 25,-
UNUSED TICKETS AND "RUSH TICKETS"
Present yourself at the ticket window least 5 minutes before the screening. Note that even if the screening is named "sold out" there still is a chance of getting a ticket. Designated lines for unused tickets and rush tickets are formed from the ticket windows prior to every screening.
Please note that all unused tickets will be sold when the screening is due to begin. If you arrive later than the scheduled screening you loose right of admission.
ACCREDITATION
There are designated ticket windows for accreditated participants at Fokus Kino and at the Radisson Blu Hotel. Accreditated participants may also obtain tickets at the regular ticket windows.
SPECIAL NEEDS
It is not possible to purchase tickets online for accompanying helpers. These tickets will have to be purchased at Fokus Kino or the other screening venues.
